Jobs are not overly hard to do, but poor planning from managment often causes many issues in completing many required tasks. Pros Clean, climate control, vacation time I am part of the production team as an operator at thyssen Krupp. I enjoy working with a great team. I love running real quick and working very fast pace with quality. It is so much fun and I love it. Its just that I think the pay can be better and wish I can move up, but there is no way for me to move up Pros Can work really fast pace and maintain quality and have a great attitude Cons sometimes they tell me to slow down Like working 7-day weeks, months straight?

One would have to be truly desperate and have absolutely no other options. Management and executives work harder trying to not follow terms in the contract between the Union and company. This company continually will harass you if you have legitimate health issues including making personal threats to employees because of health issues. As a matter of fact. the only thing this company really excels at is threatening its employees. Management and executives would not be able to do the right thing even if a gun was held to their heads. Cons Every aspect you could possibly think of Enjoyed my time at ThyssenKrupp Presta. Was given every opportunity to succeed and given the ability to learn new things and expand my knowledge as a leader and coach. I began working as a production team leader in 2013 and went to school for CSIA. In 2017, I earned an internship where learned a lot about the field and thoroughly enjoyed my fellow coworkers. The work culture is second to none here. Although some of the work is less than ideal as are the hours during overtime periods, the environment is good and people are treated respectfully.
Team work and culture are very important things there. A very family oriented company. A great benefits package, a very clean and safe work environment. Pros A geat benefit package. Cons Dealing with the union. There is a real lack of communications. They seem to want to put people that know nothing about the job in a supervisor management position. There really is no place for a woman to advance. thecompany almost borderlinediscrimination Job is very fast paced I got placed on the fastest paced line my first day it was simple but never stopped moving got 3 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch Cons Fast pace assembly line Assign jobs. Prepare job tracker. Read all E-mails. Get with Logistics. Production quality engineers and Supplier quality engineers. Do Audits/Cycle times/Job Trackers Work on sorts. Answer Telephone.
